In House Dental Laboratory
In-House Dental Laboratory in Dubai Marina
Where your restoration is designed, crafted, and finished under one roof.
Queens Elite Medical Center’s dental laboratory sits inside our Dubai Marina clinic, so the technicians building your crown, veneer, or implant restoration work alongside the dentist who examined you. Nothing is couriered across the city to a lab you’ll never see — every restoration is designed, adjusted, and quality-checked on site, under the same DHA license as the clinic.
Why an in-house lab matters
- • Direct communication between your dentist and the technician shaping your restoration, so shade, bite, and fit are checked in person rather than over an order form.
- • Fewer handoffs between your appointment and your finished restoration, since adjustments happen on site instead of being sent back and forth to an outside lab.
- • Consistent quality control on every case, using the same materials and workflow across implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, and orthodontic appliances.
- • One clinical team accountable for the result, from the impression or scan to the final fit.
Technology & Equipment
In-House Digital Design and Milling
Every restoration starts with a digital scan rather than a physical impression tray. Our lab uses CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) systems to design each crown, bridge, or veneer on-screen with the treating dentist, then mill it in-house on the same premises. This keeps the design, adjustment, and finishing steps under one roof, so changes can be made in real time rather than sent back and forth with an outside lab.
Equipment and systems in use include:
- Digital intraoral scanning for impression-free case planning
- CAD/CAM design software for crown, bridge, and veneer modeling
- In-house milling units for same-facility fabrication
- Straumann-compatible systems for implant-supported restorations
Quality & Materials Standards
Materials Selected for Fit, Strength, and Biocompatibility
Restorations are fabricated using zirconia and E-max ceramics, chosen for their strength, close color match to natural teeth, and biocompatibility. Each piece is checked for fit and shade before it leaves the lab, and because the technicians work alongside the treating dentist, adjustments happen on-site rather than requiring a second appointment.

The dentists behind your restoration
Every restoration made in our lab is planned and signed off by the treating dentist before it reaches you. Dr. Haroon Malik, our dental implantologist and cosmetic dentist, oversees crown, bridge, veneer, and implant cases; Dr. Divij Joshi, our orthodontist, oversees appliances made to support orthodontic treatment. Across Queens Elite Medical, our dentists bring over 20 years of combined clinical experience to the cases that pass through the lab.
Flexible payment, straightforward paperwork
Lab-supported treatments — crowns, veneers, implant restorations — can be paid in installments through Tabby, Tamara, or Toothpick. If your insurance provider reimburses dental treatment, we can provide the documentation you need to submit a claim.
